Default obd0 to obd1

Whats up guys just picked up a obd0 to obd1 from a local shop i connected a p28 to it and no start!

Do i have to wire other things? i thought it was just plug n play!

Please help

Make/model/year/engine? If you have an OBD0 car and are simply trying to use an OBD1 ECU you also will have to use an OBD1 distributor as well (using an adapter harness or rewire) as the OBD0 and OBD1/2 distributors aren't compatible with each others ECU. Once you've done that it should start but you're going to have some check engine lights for O2 (you'll need to wire to 4 wire) and VTEC codes if you haven't connected the VTEC wiring.

91 civic b18b1 going boost so need obd1 to get tuned.

can i just buy a obdo to obd1 dizzy jumper or do i need obd1 dizzy

You need a jumper and OBD1 dizzy unless you feel like rewiring the OBD1 distributor plug yourself with the OBD0 plugs.
