Hi I have a 2004 civic 1.7 std. and it will not start, has fuel, spark but keeps flooding. I am getting a negative voltage reading from the primary O2 sensor and was wondering if this would affect the starting? I get the negative reading with the sensor plugged in or disconnected.

 

Ecu doesnt take corrections from the o2 sensor untill it gets near operating temps
