Default notching a d16y7 block

i know there was a thread on this some where but i didn't succeed in finding it, i'm going to do a turbo build nothing to serious just looking for 280-300hp range, but any way i've been told i need to notch the block to put forged internals in, i have no idea on how to do this, been told its pritty easy and the only reputable shop around here that works on honda engines doesn't work with the D-series engine, please any help is good, thanks for your time!
