i'm really stumped on this one... need some ht help!

i've got a 97 prelude running a P28 tuned on neptune. The car started having random problems with the CEL coming on and running like crap then the problem going away. I never got a code off of it when it had problems since it was while i was driving.

Well the car finally died a day or two ago and i just got time to troubleshoot it but i'm a little confused about the symptoms... some help would be appreciated.

i cant really hear the pump prime but i've not really paid much attention to it in the past, the line has fuel in it but not really highly pressurized as far as i can tell.

-right now, i've tested the oem computer, a second chipped p28 w/ a different bin and all of them are showing a solid cel.
-one fuse was blown for the clock/radio but the others appear fine, replaced and same result
-dizzy/coil getting power but not getting spark at any spark plug
-plugs were dark black with sut buildup, replaced them and still same conditions,,, no spark!

STUMPED! solid cel w/ multiple ecu's, no spark! cranks but goes nowhere!!

what could cause this? main relay? something blown that i could be missing?

i pulled every fuse one by one and found at the underdash a blown acg (alt) fuse...

when i went to start it the battery was so drained that it could barely turn the engine. It started briefly then died immediately after. Not sure if this was the culprit but I am getting my battery recharged & hope this solves the problem.

we'll see what happens but at least the solid cel is gone.

started up after putting in the new battery and changing out a chip... neptune chip seems to have corrupted :-/ second time i have seen this happen.
