Noise when shifting, help plz!

OK when i shift from 3rd to 4th in my 91 Integra ls it makes a squeaking noise, and i think i can feel a small grind thru the shifter, but it dosent do it if you bayby it.
Is it a synchro?

try adjusting your cable.. loosen it but not to loose..if that doesn't help then it could be a synchro or a clutch problem..
