Default No suction on the FITV

There is no suction on my FITV when the car is running, even when I first turn it on. Anyone know what would cause this
Thanks

Did someone turn the adjustment all the way down?

The Adjustments?

the FITV was running fine then I took it apart to get a valve job and now the FITV isn't working at all. Does anyone know how it works excatly? (What lines run to it and such, how does it suck air in?)

If it hasn't been apart it probably didn't get screwed down all the way. You have an idle problem after getting some work done?

Sorry I didn't explain myself very well. I had a valve replacement done and I took the Throttle Body off and then when I put it back on the FITV doesn't suck anymore.
