Default no injector pulse! help plzzz

i have a 98 civic with a turbo b18c1 running on a aem 1020 i replaced evrything restor box new msd dizzy and pretty much evrything that would cuz a problem. but i have now injector pulse i have power goin to the injector but wen i put a diod on the injector clips they have weak or sometimes no pulse and at this point im lost so can u guys plz lead me in the right driection thnks

The ECU/ECM supplies the ground pulse for the injectors, it needs the "signal", [12V+] from the injector relay [in the PGM-FI Main Relay] to the IPG1 and IPG2 for the ECU/ECM to pulse the injectors.

I would start looking at the ECU/ECM. 94

Then it may be the same problem, check at the ECU/ECM does IGP1 a IGP2 have 12V+ when ign. switch is on? 94

Make sure the ecu is getting the correct voltages and the the battery is able to produce the voltages. If all that checks out start checking the ecu ground points them selfs. I would suggest a pretty good multimeter. It's always simple crap that causes the biggest headches. Plus check your tune to make sure you have the right injectors selected.
