Default new to tuning, almost got the boosted b16 running

Just got my boosted b16 running and need some advice on tuning.. I got the plx wideband with s300 on a p28. In my eyes the main focus is getting your air fuel ratio to 14.7 but thats why i didnt even touch it yet cause my eyes suck..

How would you tune a b16 at 6psi? 14.7 at low rpms to like 12 at higher rpms?.. i could be way off but thats how i thought it should be.

How would tuning and partial throttle be different to tuning it at full throttle?

Im not even gonna start tuning the ignition timing. I just want to get the airfuel ratio down first. But if you have tips for timing dont be afraid to chime in.

Thanks, and yes ive searched and read how to tune and read the help guide plenty of times. But some actual experience help would be a little bit more useful.
