New engine driven.
Just drove the car 70 miles and the engine spins like a top. There are just a few issues that I need assistance with:
The dipstick hole does not line up in such a way that one can insert a dipstick.
I don't have a dipstic.
The PCV breather hose is broken.
The lower timing belt cover is missing.
The crank pulley may not be torqued properly.
The car leaks oil like a sieve! Mostly from the driver's side/front of the engine. I think it may be the cam seals but it could be almost anything up there. It could also be coming from the oil pan gasket somewhat...
The front motor mount is not connected.
The brakes shake like hell because the car has been sitting for so long.
The most pressing issue right now is the leaking oil and missing dipstick. If anyone has suggestions on this LMK.

I need to check the oil, so it would be great if someone with a dc2 gsr could do me a favor: Run out and measure the length of your dipstick, from where it meets with the top of the dipstick hole to the first mark, and to the second mark.
