90' CRX Si, DOHC ZC. I moved the (eBay) radiator forward and to the left a bit to make room for downpipe. Now I need about 2-3" inches more hose. I tried some of the Gates Vulco Flex but cant find the right diameter, it only comes as small as 1 1/4" and the outlets are little smaller. Maybe braided hose with AN fittings? Then I would have to thread the outlets on the housing and radiator right? I tried getting aluminum fittings with a bead on each end to extend the hoses but still cant find right diameter, either too big or too small. Couldn't find much on this topic either. Every thread ends inconclusively and is from 10+ years ago. Thanks.

 

How about splitting the hose and installing an aluminum tube? Or if you have an aluminum radiator, having some pieces welded on to extend the inlet and outlet.

 

Thanks, yeah tried it but The diameter was too small and 1.25" seems too big, I think the housing inlets are smaller than the radiator outlet. Radiator outlet is 1.25". Are the oem hoses tapered or something?

 

Not that I know of. I'd measure the OD of the radiator inlet and outlet themselves.
