NEED HELP! WHAT TO DO! 2000 B18B1
hey,
this is whats going on:
I put on some cam gears last week, after which i forgot to tighten the exhaust side adjustment bolts, which (ofcourse) screwed up the timing, and made it sound like a diesel. I shut if off almost imediatly when we heard this, and tighten the bolts. The sound went away and the car ran great. (we also installed a crank pulley) 2 days later the sound came back, but the timing was still dead on. We peeled the head off, and look for bend valves. There was no problem. But it back together, and now the car runs like ****. It sounds like the timing is off, or the firing order is not correct. So we check both of those. They were fine.
What could the problem be? Any suggestion would be great!
Thanks
