One way to do this would be to add a relay (SPDT) to each side. These can be bought any Radioshack or local auto parts store. It will add power to the turn bulbs with parking lamps on, and turn the bulb off when it sees power to the turn signal power wire. I drew this up to show you how it gets wired in. Where in the circuit, and where you mount these, is entirely up to you.

Good luck

Yea it will blink with the signal. And yes as well when you get a relay you will see that looking at the prongs from the bottom side, they will line up just like the diagram drawn. If it wasnt cold and snowing here Id get you the actual wire colors and let ya know which terminals they go to. As for the blinking... it just reverses the effect of the bulb ...as in when your blinker flashes on it turns he power off and it comes back on when flasher power stops. Easier way to under stand it= normally light is -> OFF - on off on off on off <- with flasher. This way it will be -> ON - off on off on off on <- reverse of how it would be, but still operating perfectly like it normally would

What the hell is 87b did you just make that up lol

If you wire it like you showed him in this pic

The front and rear blinkers will be out of phase with the parking lights on...

With the parking lights off your front blinkers will not work
