Default Need help converting Spring Rates (kg/mm)

I'm trying to figure out the conversion for 6.3kg/mm and 5.4kg/mm lowering springs. How would this convert into a standard spring rate, and what is a standard spring actually measured in? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Would this be right?

353lbs/in. and 302lbs/in.

Just trying to get a handle on suspension tuning and what not.
