you can use any type of wheel cleaner, spray it on then scrub as needed with a regular wash mit but make sure to fully rinse the product off leaving any behind it can dry and then leave funky spots on your rims. Next get a mag polish like the stuff i use or something similar http://www.americanchemical.net/auto.htm i put this on by hand it takes longer than using a mothers power ball but it doesnt fling allover and like i was saying u can get in tighter spots and apply the product evenly. This will have your rims looking real nice and the lip will be very shiny.
