have a b18c5. starts up fine when cold but when its warm it won't start. it chokes and sound kind of like a lawn mower that is chocking and also has funny smell of some kind of mixture to it. after car cools down it starts up fine. mods are 440cc injectors, msd ignistion, 68mm throttle body.

 

Put your stock injectors back in it and see if it runs better. You haven't done any modifications that would require anything but stock injectors.

 

do you have a map for those 440 injectors? i agree with scott go back to stock injectors

 

it does have a map. problem is getting worst over the pass 2 month. usually it would take a 30 to 40 minute drive for that choke to kick on buy now time the frame is getting shorter. it does feel like there too much gas when cranking but the cars runs healthy after it starts. no sign of rich or lean. i don't have the stock injectors. is there a way to diagnose the injector?
