Default need help!!

I bought a jdm b18c to put in my integra everything is running good but its leaking oil. Its not from the cam seals it seems to be coming from the two 10mm bolts that holds the upper timing cover on. I pulled them out and they had oil on them. I blew through the hole that they thread into and it blows directly into the inside of the head. My ? is do these bolts have a o ring or are they even made to go directly into the head. When i blow through them its coming out right under the cams through the head casting. Thanks for the help in advance.....

Pull the valve cover off, make sure its not pinched, and check the cam seals while your in there.
