Need a Diagnosis guys!!!!!
So I finally finished my B18c swap yesterday and took the car out for a test run. Drove for about 15-20 minutes (slowly, only 1 hard pull) on the highway. Pulled over to use the bank machine and left the car running. When I came out it was making a grinding/scraping noise from the timing belt side of the motor. Shut it down right away and got under the hood. No smells, temp gauge was fine. Start the car back up and the sound has gotten WAY worse. How it's a loud clicking from the timing belt side! Bottom Rad hose was ice cold but car was making interior heat. Had a bit of a rubbery smell this time too. Had it towed home.
Any Ideas, anything is welcome at this point?
