in need of d16y8 cam cap torque spec

i need the torque spec of these two bolts on the end cap....i just replaced the cam seal and need to torque these down properly ( the one the screwdriver is on and the one below it thanks)

btw its a 97 civic ex d16y8

Ugh, you also need more frequent oil changes.
