Default Need advanced troubleshooting help W/87 accord DX Engine Problem

Hi here is a tricky question for anyone that wants to take a hack at it. I have a 1987 honda accord DX with 210,000 miles in the last 6 months i have been fighting with a continuing problem with it BUCKING in the lower gears 1,2,3,4 the BUCKING is not all the time just once in a while but it does it thruout all rpms, accelerating, decelerating, steady state, and shifting of gears (manual transmission). now these are the following things i have done to try and remedy the problem. 1) complete tune up replaced spark plugs (NGK), original plug wires, original dist cap and o-ring, and of course oil change. still no change replaced oxygen sensor, pvc valve, fuel pump, fuel filters, fuel pump relay, gas cap, and found one vacume hose with a hole in it and yes the problem still exists.
ough and by the way i also cleaned the hell out of the carb without removing anything and it still is doing that freaking bucking.
