I currently have 04 honda accord ex with the navi, just recently it has started to malfunction. The problem is when i hit a small bump or the music is loud it displays dvd disc reading error please consult with dealer, and the name of the street i am currently traveling does not display anymore and it takes a little long to refresh itself. Has anyone had any similar problems? and how was it solved? should i remove and clean it or what.
any assistance is greatly appreciated, thanks

 

This is what a warranty is for. If they can't track it down, there may be a service bulletin, or at the very least, they can call tech line.
