wipers come on without me turning them on, have any one evwr experienced this, is this a sign of the wiper relay going bad, and where on the 93 prelude is tthe wiper relay located if ther is one. thanks for the info.

 

its prolly saomething inside of the the wiper motor, one of the "cam like things is making a constant connection.
