Motor stalling out
Last week i recently had my valves adjusted, timing fixed, replaced cam seal and new alternator. Car ran way smoother and idled great, until i started my car this morning. It looked like it had been raining all night and when i started my car it idled really low about 100-200 rpm with a rough idle(needle not jumping though ). It sounded like i was running on 3 cylinders. Also black and bluish smoke was coming out of my exhaust, also my engine bay. The car would idle but once i pressed on the gas and let off all the way the car will stall out. This happens everytime i do it. Any help or advice will be apreciated. Thanks
p.s This rough idle has happened in cold weather before but car usually runs fine.

alright, the weather became clear and i started my car again. It idled kinda ruff but not as much, then i lowered fuel psi to 43, and now it idles perfect. Could high fuel pressure be the cause of this?
