what type of integra ls or gsr?? and if ls then you could go as you said ls/vtec since you already have the block in your ride! also if you want more power ls/vtec turbo

these "Which motor should i get???" topics have been driven into the ground.... if you visit here at all you should already know the specs of each engine, if not SEARCH. Make your own decision. Dont pick an engine simply becuase someone else likes it.

my opinion is to run a jdm integra type r.....just cause they are meant to rev like that.....you can make good power...and if you put it in a light car it will fly, remember in autocross, and road race, it doesnt matter how much power you make if you cant turn faster than the other guy. i road race and you would be surprised how much difference a good handling car can make, i ran my 98 civic coupe DX(non vtec) against muscle cars, porches, all types, and there were a few that took me on the straights.....but i would reel them in on the corners....

make good power get it to the ground and pull you out of the corners, the faster exit speed you have the faster you get to the next corner, and the guy behind you is stil trying to get up to speed
