Moates Ostrich - I just made a horrible realization :(
After 2 radios and 2 years of having shitty radio reception, I finally realized TODAY that it's the ostrich box that's ruining the reception. If I unplug the ostrich, the radio becomes crystal clear.

wow that sounds really unusual...........how about if you move the ostrich around? does the sound through the radio change?
is it a OEM radio or aftermarket?

Both radios were aftermarket.
I actually have the ostrich floating around on my floorboard and the reception comes and goes as it slides around. If you hold it in the right location the reception is fine.

The only interference-free areas I could find are when I hold it up in the air where it's unmountable.
