Default Misfire problem help!

Ok so I have a 95 civic coupe obd1 with a d16y8 block and z6 head. Eagle rods vitara pistons, crower stage 2 turbo cam and kms valvetrain .5mm oversized valves race springs titanium retainers. T3T4 turbo on 22psi

So first day I got car out after sitting all winter. Got on highway got on it in second took to around 7000 rpm (redline is at 8200) went to third and it was sputtering. Needs a tune due to new manifold running rich but earlier was not sputtering. Got off highway and was misfiring like crazy running like ****.

Found a vacuum leak but didnt help.
I Only had 1/8th of gas thought maybe I was just low added some still missing.
I put new plugs in did nothing.
I have new plug wires ignition coil cap and rotor.
I changed fuel filter, strainer on fuel pump, put different brand of gas in it and nothing helped.

The misfire is in cylinder 4 and it is getting good spark. Thought maybe bad injector but swapped cylinder 2 and 4's injectors and misfire is still in the 4th cylinder. I am lost at this point any advice?

I do hear a knock in head above cylinder 4 or around there. It isn't constantly it randomly will pop when car is running.

Also my a/f ratio goes crazy. When I start car it goes from 14.8 which normally is at idle all the way down to 11 really rich, then will bog down into the 16s.

Any ideas anyone? I tore down head thinking maybe bad valve guide or seats. Or cracked spring. But everything looks ok...

The air/fuel ratio reading is unreliable when the motor is missing so don't worry about it until all cylinders are firing. How did you test the spark? You should perform a compression test if you haven't already.

A/F gauge goes crazy also when car is not running. If I turn it to run position it does the same thing...

I did do a compression test it is 120 in all 4 cylinders. Eagle/Vitara so it will be lower like this

For spark pulled the plug and sat it on manifold cranked and was getting spark.

4th cylinder spark plug is darker than the rest too

With strong spark and compression, I'd expect a problem with just one cylinder to be an issue with its injector.
