Default milled head / timing

I just replaced my head gasket and milled the head .40 since it was off (D16Y8) and I was wondering ..

do I advance or retard the timing any since its milled.

and at that which way is which, to advance or retard the timing?

Thanks

by milling you have retarded cam timing therefore need to advance cam gear.
