Default in middle of safc install, help please!!!

im in the middle of the safc2 install on my 96 ls. im pretty sure that everything is hooked up rite to the ecu, but the safc isnt turing on wen i start the car. im also getting a cel which im assuming has something to do w/ the pressure sensor since i had to splice that wire w/ the install and since the safc isnt turning on, there r no readings going to the ecu...help!!! ne suggestions r appreciated, thanks.
