Default max capacity of stock fuel pump

I have a 90 CRX with a b16. I'm considering getting an aftermarket fuel rail and FPR from AEM so i can bump up the fuel pressure from the increase in air that I will be getting from the Skunk2 IM i just got. The AEM FPR says it can be adjusted from 20psi to the maximum capability of the fuel pump. How much can the stock Honda fuel pump handle?

don't know for sure exactly how much a stock fuel pump can handle but i know its plenty for a b16 swap in your car....and if you do plan on doin more mods then a fuel pressure regulator would be in order but a fuel rail IMO would be overkill...good luck w/ your setup

That's why I was asking about the maximum amount of psi the stock fuel pump can handle because i thought I would get a FPR and bump the fuel pressure up a bit.... I dunno...
