yea i already tried switching the map senser and tps
and i dont see why having a dohc ecu on a single cam would make a diffence couse ppl chip p28 ecu's and use them on both dohc and sohc motors ... and yea i tried the stock ecu and it ran worse then with the ls ecu

well the thing that people run chipped p28's on DOHC motors is that they burn a base map for the motor. With that done even though having a p28 ecu it could have a gsr base map on it, making it basically a gsr ecu...i say check your wires going to your ecu....i took out my VAFC from my car with a loose wire my Map Sensor came on..then figured it was my wire. rewired it and it runs like a champ again....
