Main relay problem?

Main relay problem?
In my 94 Teg LS, when shutting off the car, dash lights start flashing, clock stays open, and I can ear the main relay clicking.
Took off the main relay, lights in the dash (handbrake, check engin, abs, etc..etc..) stayed on and the clock as well. I had to remove the battery pole.
Could it be a alarm problem?
main relay maybe?
