I have my gsr with a bottom block that has bad compression. i live in santa ana so i plan to take my block to get rebuilt at bensons or somewhere in the area. if you know of any good machine shops with good prices in the orange county/inland empire area let me know???

 

Benson's is no longer in CA. I am not sure of any reputable machinist's in OC, at least for Honda's.

There's a machine shop by the name of Performance Machine in Pomona, call 411 and ask for the #.

 

I've had a couple motors done by Graves Machine in Upland. They usually take their sweet time, but they're all good guys, just busy. Ask for Jodie.
