Default LSD & tranny fluid question

I have a question you guys might be able to help me with:

I have a 1994 honda prelude VTEC. The service manual calls for 10W-30 or 10W-40 weight transmission fluid.

I am upgrading to the JDM LSD transmisson. All of the MTL, royal purple, etc. transmission fluids w/ LSD additive are like 70W-90 weight oil. Is this bad? What fluid weight would you reccomend? thanks for your advice.

I dont know if there would be any adverse effects of using it. but from my experience with OEM lsd's regular ol honda MTL and redline MTL worked jsut fine.
