i was wondering if there are any, either stock or aftermarket, LSD's available for the cable b16 tranny... not sure what tranny code it is..

 

There were stock B16A cable tranny's that came equipped with LSD, if you can't find one then I do believe that Quaife makes a differential that will suit your application.

 

i just bought a motor from a yard and it had a aftermarket clutch type lsd in it. i was looking into it more to see what kind it is and Kaaz and Cusco make them for a cable trans

IF you wanted to do something cheap, use a Phantom Grip conversion (Fagdum Grip). I've seen them do good things but they never last more than 10k for some reason.

 

i was wondering about this as well..im goin turbo..and i have an ls cable tranny..i heard supposely that the b16 cable tranny is really good for turbo....i wanted to build up a tranny a little with an LSD...was wondering if i should try and get a cable b16 and get an LSD..or should i do the cable to hydro conversion..and build up a hydro tranny?..any suggestions?

phantom grip lsd's are garbage......

quaiffe has a diff that will do your tranny wonders....

and NO ls trannies are not the best for boost, b16 trannies are.......Miller
