LCA on GSR bent
A friend ran into a curb pretty hard with his car and the front left tire is pushed all the way back into the car. He can still drive the car but it is obvious somthing is wrong and the car drifts to that side. Just from inspecting the car from outside it seems that somthing is bent (what seems to be the LCA) I'll take pics tomorrow and post them of it but for now anyone know of any good shops that can replace the LCA? In San Jose area
How hard is it to replace a control arm?
Is it a good idea to buy a used one from a junk yard?

its not very hard to replace lca's esp. if you have air tools. you have to remove the fork, swaybar and such...the hardest part? probably separating the lca and the balljoint. you can rent a ball joint splitter if hammering doesnt work.
you can buy one(lca) from a junkyard just make sure the bushings are in good condition...
