just cant figure it out
i did a search on if its possible to put a integra type R (2.0l, 6 speed) engine into a civic 93 but i came up with nothing, can somebody plz help me and give me some advice about this
Well, cars have different names in other countries... I don't know what they call the RSX in Australia.
But, if he means the one from the RSX, it turns in the opposite direction, the engine is on the opposite side. There might be some serious clearance problems in the engine bay & mounts might be hard to match up...

The RSX is still called an Integra in Japan and Australia, and a few other countries. As far as the swap goes, not a whole lot of people have done it. There is a lot involved with this one, it is too difficult for your average Joe.
Didn't Sport Compact Car or Honda Tech or one of those rags do just such a swap not too long ago? I'm 99% sure they did - found an RSX in the scrap yard and yanked the motor. I'll see if I can find it at home.
I think was in honda tuning. And they swapped it into an 02 4dr I'm pretty sure. There were some similarities in the mounting between the two cars but I think the motor mounts that were similar were on opposite sides of the engine bay. It was a whole lot of work on that car and I'm sure an EG would take even more. Oh yeah and I don't even think the car was running yet when they did the story. It would be an adventure thats for sure. Good luck
