Default J35A Engine Stand

What type of engine stand do I need for a J35A? I want something safe to do some work on a replacement engine before installing in 2007 ridgeline.

Universal type stand will work just fine. They are not terribly heavy engines.

I wasn't sure if they would bolt up to an older standard engine stand. I am working on a J35A9.
Are the transmission bolt holes sufficient to support the engine on the stand, or is there another preferred way to mount it?

That is how I have always done it. No damage or issues yet.
