ITR LSD QUESTION!!! NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

Will an '00 ITR lsd fit into a '94 LS tranny?

need to know asap, the tranny is off and waiting.

please elaborate, the car is currently in the shop, and upon making calls, we were told the ITR LSD will not fit into my 94 LS tranny. What do we need to do to make it fit?
