Interesting intake manifold question
I installed a D16z6 intake mani and TB on my little d15b8, thats the easy part....
Months later I instal a vacuum gauge to help me be more causious for gas reasons...I noticed that it went to 0 at a little over half throttle.
I start looking into tuning and I find out that 0 is wide open, I can accelerate more atfer it hits 0 and I push the gas down further.....
My question is does the larger intake mani and TB make it hit 0 faster or is it that the car is nearly wide open @ a little over half throttle?

At low RPM you'll see that. Once you open the throttle a certain amount, it no longer provides much restriction so opening it further doesn't help.
At higher RPM you should see that it DOES take more throttle to hit zero vacuum.
