Integra stumbles off the line????????

I have a all motor ls automatic it has been a nightmare for the last 6mths. I had the thing tuned on a wide-band/dyno then 1wk later the it starts to hesitate off the line when i floor the gas. I replaced the fuel pump and checked iAVC and all the vacuum lines.
any suggestions???

Who tuned it and What mangement are you using?

Raceline in Cincinnati Ohio. I have a SAFCII.
My set up is:
10.5 SRP pistons
crower 403 cams
1 over valves
skunk2 intake manifold
70mm t-body
270cc injectors
AEM: pulleys, adj. cams, fuel rail, fuel filter, FPR, type-r CAI
DC headers JDM
Port and polish
it was running 150whp..
Any suggestions????
