instrument cluster fuse keeps blowing????

instrument cluster fuse keeps blowing????
I shifted into 3rd, then the gauge cluster light went out. I go home and check the fuse and its blown. I replace the fuse and turn on my lights so the gauge cluster light will come on. Right when i turn it on i hear a click from the fuse and the fuse blows out. I blew 4 fuses...so i just stopped. What could be the problem???thanks
