My intsrument cluster fuse keeps blowing in my 2000 Civic EX. I checked wires, and everything looks fine, but I keep blowing fuses every day. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Fuse for the gauges, fuse for the cluster lights, [illumination]??94

 

The fuse that controls gauge cluster lights and the air controls lol...

 

If you have an aftermarket HU, [stereo] pull it and make sure the red/black illumination lead in the stock radio harness is not being used for anything other then illumination, and if not used that it is not shorting out, fairly common problem when aftermarket HUs are installed. 94

 

Ah I forgot to check that! Thankyou, I am putting a new one in Friday, so I'll keep everyone updated!

 

Ended up being a loose ground!

 

What is the location of the loose ground I'm having same issue
