Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on where to go to get an inspection on a car without cats in either Ralieigh NC or Philly PA...

I have a friend who is moving from PA to NC and he is due for his inpection, but he is afraid that he wont pass because he has no cats... I want to offer him some suggestions, but I dont have andy idea what to tell him since we dont have inspections in michigan...

any help would be appreciated...
