Default Inner Tie-Rod

Well I was backing out of parking lot with I heard a clank and was not ablt to drive off being that the wheele was stick in a 45 deg angle. So I pushed it back into parking spot jacked it up to notice what I thought was a busted inner tie-rod. I spun the rod offand noticed it was not busted but had somehow just spun out of the rack. I cleaned it up and greased it before putting it back on but now Im having a wierd sounds while driving. Now I havent got to get an alignment an that very well could be the issue but just wanted to get a confirmation if possible.

The car is not pulling or anything just makes a ocward warped sound as driving. I havent taken it to any speeds higher the maybe 5-10 mph.
