Default Injectors and resistor Boxes for swaps

I know this horse has been kicked to death but I just want to make sure of my options for a swap or if I even have any.

I have put an OBDII H22 into a 91 accord using the stock F22 engine harness. Running P13. The stock harness obviously had a resistor box and the swap came with one aswell. This is where I am getting confused. I have heard that you dont need a resistor box for 97+ H22's so why would this swap have one ? Perhaps the motor was mislabeled for the sale ?

With this swap are these my correct options for fuel ?

1. Use stock F22 injectors with resistor box.

2. Use stock OBDII H22 injectors with on resistor box.

If option 2 is indeed an option what do you do with the harness plug that would have gone to the resistor box. I have tried to start the car and it will turn over and run for 1 second then die. I am quite sure it is getting starved for fuel. Thank for any help.

Default

measure resistance at the injector; peak and hold = 2-3 ohms . saturated will read 10-16
so if resistance is low you need a resistor box
