Default ignitor install?
Ever since I got my swap my tach goes crazy after about 6k RPM, I have been told by numerous people that it is prolly the ignitor causing the problem and I should just replace it. But does the ignition have to be retimed once I pull off the cap and replace the ignitor?

i would say no, because you are not moving the distributor, just taking off the cap
