it would depends on what year the B18 engine is. If its a 94+ B18, then YES the IACV will fit on the 99 Si I/M.
A 92-95 B16A IACV will not on a 99 Si manifold.
Any 92-95 SOHC Si + VX IACV will also work on an Si I/M too.
