does anybody know is this is a universal part with the B and D series motors

 

I know that any one off of a b-series will work together, but I think the d-series ones are a little smaller and wont line up right with the manifold. I am not positive on this, but I know the b-series ones are interchangeable.

D-series are interchangable as well.
the only difference is pre 96 and 96+ have different bolt spacing.
