I think I'm running lean on a few cylinders (Help)
http://www.volks-tech.com/pics...s.jpg
I know the picture is kinda bad and hard to tell whats going on from them, but those are brand new (1500 miles) Plugs, Motorcraft Plats.
I've been getting some good hesitation, sometimes when I first start up my car and try to move, its like a freaking bad 2 step when I try to start going forward, idles fine (except a misfire every once in a grey while). I let it sit for a minute and slowly work into the gas pedal and it goes back to normal. Not to mention if I'm drag racing and my engine is cold, when I shift, it hesitates for awhile after I shift and then goes right back into it.
My compression is 190 on all 8 cylinders and considering the sparkplugs were new and Mustang Ignitions are AWESOME for the 99+ (Coilpack with an advanced type of sparkplug wires that almost never need replaced). So if I have good spark and compression, I'm leaning twards the fuel system.
I wanted to see if this sounded right to you guys? The sparkplugs that are white look like carbon deposits (probibly from running too lean I'm thinking). So should I go ahead and get my fuel injectors flushed and checked?
Thanks!

none, stock fuel system with 61k miles on it. I changed the fuel filter before I put it into storage in december (stock replacement).
I also don't have any mods that really should make me run that lean either...
Headers, Mid pipe, Catback, Intake Spacer, ported upper manifold, 70mm throttle body, Mac CAI.
I wanna get this fixed by wednesday because I'm installing my 100 shot and the track opens here on wednesday.

intake spacer, ported upper manifold, 70mm throttle body and a CAI will flow more air into the engine and you have nothing but the stock fuel system to add fuel.
you might have to add more fuel somehow either with a computer upgrade or bumping the fuel pressure up a little if that is possible on that engine.
also you really wont know exactly how rich/lean you are unless it's with a wideband o2 sensor on a dyno.
hope you get it figured out before you plan to spray that engine. chances are it's fine but you always want to be sure.
good luck.
