Default I need a guide to removing an h22a head! PLEASE HELP

hey everyone.. i just bought a blown h22a and i need to remove the head.. im not a n00b.. but i know there are certain patterns to removing the head.. i just don't know everything about them yet.. ive taken motors apart before and done lots of swaps.. just not one on an h22a.. i searched and only found swap guides and such.. if anyone knows a website that could help me out with this information i would greatly appreciate it!

set timing
remove timing belt
remove valve cover
remove head studs
unhook al stuff connect to the head and there you go

yeah i know that!!>. comon.. i need specifics.. there are patterns that u take the cam covers and then cam sprokets off.. plus a pattern for the head studs.. because everything is torqued i knowwhat needs to come off man.. im not stupid.. i just need the proper patterns so i dont **** anything up!
