Hey guys, I have a 98 Honda civic d16y8 stock. My car first started acting weird a couple weeks ago it was hesitating and misfiring and bucking (the engine) so I changed my plugs, wires, both o2 sensors, and ignition coil and it started running better. Then my throttle started acting up whenever I would gave it a little gas my engine would start bogging so I cleaned my throttle bottle out and changed my map an tps sensors and it stopped doing that but now my car idles at 1800 and whenever I go to shift into any gear it will rev up to 3000. If anyone has any ideas please comment id really appreciate it

 

this has been well documented on the forums, you have a vacuum leak.
